They combine technical expertise with knowledge of customers to help customers make feature decisions and drive them through to completion. Our Program Managers are extremely customer focused, working to ensure that the project NezSoft implements will delight users. At any phase of the working relationship, they are your go to resource. Within project implementation, Program Managers take the responsibility for conceptual design and leading.

Software Engineers

Software Engineers keep their sights on 'the big picture' while understanding how all of the moving parts need to fit together. Within project implementation, Software Engineers take responsibility for software architecture design and implementation with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability and maintainability.

User Experience Designers

User Experience Designers bring the WOW effect to the end product. They are that special blend of people that have a keen eye for creating compelling digital experiences. They are responsible for researching and designing useful, usable, desirable, and feasible interactions that delight both end users and customers.
